Rotherham Reappoint Jacobs as we secure one of the top places on the National Framework
Jacobs are extremely delighted to have been reappointed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to provide Local Taxation, Parking PCN Warrant enforcement and debt collection of all corporate debt outstanding to the Council.
In addition to this, we have secured one of the top places on the new National Framework for enforcement agencies, which is now available to any public authority to access - saving time, administration and workloads.

Paul Kelly, Client Services Director at Jacobs, said: “We are delighted to have been reappointed by the Council to continue our partnership in collecting all outstanding debt, providing innovations unique to Jacobs and services that add value to the Council and customers. We look forward to continuing to work with the teams, customers and all stakeholders”.

The contract has now commenced and will run for a 4 year period with options to extend on annual review.

Bethan Lewis, Head of Public Sector Procurement at Jacobs, further commented: “To secure one of the top places on the new Rotherham National Framework demonstrates that Jacobs provide the highest quality services that stand up to robust scrutiny. The open tender exercise that the Council conducted was very comprehensive and challenging, and to be awarded a high ranking place on this sought-after framework is extremely rewarding. All public authorities are able to utilise the framework at no cost and conduct mini competitions amongst the 10 suppliers selected on the framework, which will significantly reduce their workloads”.
