Gedling BC Appoint Jacobs
Gedling Borough Council has selected Jacobs to work in partnership for the collection of Council Tax and Business Rates outstanding to the Council.
Using the established Rotherham Framework as a procurement method available for public authorities, the Council selected Jacobs to meet their collection and service requirements for the next 4 years.

Paul Kelly, Client Services Director, commented: “We are very pleased to have been selected by Gedling Borough Council to work in partnership with the Revenues teams. This appointment further strengthens our presence throughout Nottinghamshire and we look forward to building a successful partnership with the council and customers.”

Bethan Lewis, Head of Public Sector Procurement, added: “The Rotherham Framework is an ideal method for formal procurement of all debt types, and significantly reduces the workloads for local authorities. The current Framework runs until late summer 2016, is free to access, can be tailored to individual authority requirements including contract length, and provides an established route to procurement.”
