Jacobs are extremely delighted to announce that the London Borough of Harrow appoints Jacobs after robust open market tender. The procurement exercise consisted of initial pre-qualification questionnaire and then detailed Invitations to Tender documents resulting in Jacobs submission clearly demonstrating the high standards required by the council. This means that Jacobs will work in partnership with the council for the collection and enforcement of Local Taxation, Parking and all corporate debt outstanding.
